Hey folks, long story short I used to do a trade or two a week and lots a B&P's but lost it all in a storage unit I lost the lease on. The link in my signature shows I had a nice collection. At the time I had a macbook pro, I used the program BURN to copy shows and to burn torrents. I am on Windows 10 for the first time (my father had me on apple since he bought one in 1982). What is the best free program to burn torrents and to copy DVD's for trades? Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

With the torrents being in .flac or the old .shn format, just burn them to DVDs as data.
Any program that burns DVDs will do.

I like to have hard copies if a crash occurs, been there and lost many shows. Also I used to trade via snail mail and would like to start doing that once I have a decent sized collection.

Nero.

By late Spring or early Summer the Nero full package sells for less than $40.
Nero can handle any video for DVD burning, output to TV or device and much more.

The external hard drive is also an excellent idea. Do be careful to get one that is "portable" meaning that it can be easily moved from one computer to another.

Thanks, I will check that out. I had 4 Western Digital Hard Drives, hours of music and video lost in a move. I'll try out IMGBurn in the time being. Thanks y'all.
