Once a torrent disappears from the tracker it seems like the stats for that disappear as well. Is there any way to keep the number of downloads on the torrent thread? or any way to find them out after the fact?

If the show was just moved to the Inactive Torrent forum, then the download stats are still there:

What about stats on pulled torrents like the following 2:

I think there were over a hundred downloads on each, is there anyway to find out.
BTW these were not pulled because the were officially released but because they are 2 parts of a set of three. But there are several multi part DVD sets still allowed to seed in single disc or double disc torrents!

Nope, we don't keep the stats on pulled torrents, no matter what the reason.
