Can't Log In With Old user name and password . .

Suddenly I can't log in with my old credentials? Anyone have any ideas as to why? I can get in with a new user name but would rather have my old profile back . . .

What happens when you login with your regular account?

Doesn't recognize either the user name or password and then The next screen gives me 4 more chances . . .
