Entire site is not loading, confirmed by is this site down web site. Anyone else know anything?

for whatever reason I cannot access bt.etree today. I first noticed the issue because a torrent I was seeding which came from there showed red in BitTorrent. Tried different sessions of IE, tried Google Chrome, did a hard reboot including shutting down my router and nothing works. I can access db.etree artist pages but not bt.etree. Very frustrating. When I do a search on if it's down just for me or everyone. It says just me. :(

I have access and I am seeding. I thought to recommend just using the IP address, but strangely it does not lead back to bt.etree.org. DNS cache lag?
example:
