Did you try the old shut down and unplug your rig from the power source, wait 5 minutes and plug it back in, then start it back up?

1) Post your connection settings from Utorrent connection settings.
2) If using Windows OS Post your TCP/IPv4 property settings in your Network and Sharing center -> change adapter settings -> ethernet or wifi properties (whatever you're using) -> Internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
3) Post your port forwarding settings for Utorrent in your router by logging into the router.

Alrighty, this will be easy to fix for you, or it should be anyways :D

For Utorrent make the following changes as pictured in my attachment. Port number for you is optional but utorrent recommends you use a port in the 50000-60000 range.

For TCPIPv4 make the following changes as pictured in attachment to make the computer you are using a static IP address. The IP number for you will depend on your IP provider range for your LAN. Higher in the range is better if you have multiple devices in the network taking up the lower IP ranges. You can find your range when you log into your router. See attachment IP Ranges below and scroll to the bottom and see how it looks on mine the range. Obviously your router is going to be different so you'll just have to poke around till you find it.

Now for the part to log into the router. Try typing http://192.168.1.1 in your URL address bar. You should get a prompt for a IP and Passwd. If no one ever messed with this on your PC the default userid and password should be admin for both. In your router settings you also enable NAT and UPnP. If 192.168.1.1 address does not work try 192.168.1.0.
