Bad Trader: Franz Premm [Archive]

I've been cheated by a trader for the first time.

Some others have sent shit or conducted really crappy trades resulting in a loss to me, but this is the first guy to fuck me over and not send.

He didn't have a website, rather sent me an attachment with his shows. Got me for around 10 discs.

Trade was set up 2 months ago.

At first he claimed he sent; when I waited a month and didn't get them I asked him to send again. He said he would but was experiencing troubles with a broken burner and asked for a little time.

I emailed him another 3 times or so over the next month, just every week or two weeks, and he always replied saying he was having burner problems and didn't know when he'd be done.

Now Googling for him today, I see these threads:

Avoid this fuckhead at all costs.

I will never, ever understand why guys have to cheat other people out of shows when trading for them is just as easy and nobody gets fucked over.

I don't know if he does have a username on TTD.

I'm sorry to hear about that but some of the blame has to rest on your shoulders brah. The only way I'd trade that much would be with someone that I had repeatedly traded with for some time.
I've been burnt myself. Every music scene has a bad trader that repeatedly rips people off. Damn shame. :( :mad:

My advise when dealing with a new trader. Check the forums to see if he has been reported before. Also only trade a few shows at a time until you can gain some trust.

We should not have to do this but there are people like this out there.

Yep i know him too , send me a huge list of dvds ,he wanted to trade with me to get 30 of my concert dvds , i asked him to send first as i havent traded with him before ,he replied sorry i only send at the same time !! i replied : its well known in trading if you contact me and i havent traded before you must send first ,he said , i have plenty of people who will trade with me this way , i told him there was no way i was sending him 30 dvds first i had a feeling he wasnt going to send so i told him i wouldnt trade with him, he is well known on ebay and is currently using this account ALEXHUBER08 ,to ask people if they will trade with him the man is a bad trader and shouldnt get away with this just thought id let people know to avoid him like the plague !!

He's a bad motherfuckers! He thought he was gonna get me! He wanted like 20 of my dvds, and he was saying that he needed me to send first! He contacted me at first so i explained the rules right, then he got all mad and started to get mad or pissed because he though i was gonna rip him off! And i warned him that i was gonna get his ass spreaded on the bad traders at metfuk! And he never replied back!

He tried to get me a couple of days ago, fortunatley I saw these posts, and sent some of them in reply to his 22 disc you send first request.

I'm thinking if we get one of those big fuckin' Omaha Steaks coolers, pack it with dry ice and then fill it with the dog shit, it should make it there without raising too many questions. You figure if it starts to stink, they may just think the order is bad.

He contact me on 31th may. I was on a little break. But, last week I setup with him a trade. He didn't have a website or positive feedbacks on other forums and he contact me first, so I told him "Your feedback on metfuk is 0. Are you new on trades or you have traded with other people. Do you have some references? If you don’t, you have to send first. If you want references about me you can check my feedback on metfuk" and he answered "If you don't trust me I can't help you". Trying to understand why he doesn't want to send first I remembered that some good trader asked me some info about Franz Premm becauses he was ripping him and I decided to put his name on a google search. The result has been a lot of warnings of bad trader. This mother...cker now use this email [email protected] and he say his nickname on metallifukinca is sabipfeffer. I have all his emails, if someone want me to forward his emails, just PM.

I feel fine because the trade stopped on time, if there wasn't I would be ripped by this guy like some other good people here and other forums.

well ran across this thread sitting here on the weekend at work bored as hell and all i can say is WTF????? ok i added up all the DVDs ppl on this thread alone posted being taken by this guy and it came up to 159!!!!! AND one other guy said he got taken 500 bucks for the depech mode thing........i would spend 500 bucks on a depech mode ANYTHING but hey thats a diff story.....ANYway i wander what the total this guy has has stole from ppl, he must have one HELL of a library.....ive never suggested this before but we need to rally together and drive to this dudes house and have a little....chat... with this guy. id be almost willing to fly from okinawa for this one. then after we .....er....um..."aquire" "his" collection we can set up like 10 yrs worth of vines.......wow this dude has really got some balls.
