DVD -> Audio out of sync

Recently, I've received a DVD in a trade. The problem is, that around the 60 minute the sound goes out of sync and stays like that until the end.

My question is: Is it possible that the DVD is real, meaning it's not VCD, SVCD, DIVX sourced?

What do you mean is the DVD real? Real as in official release?

What is it, maybe some one else here has it?

why not load said DVD in Vegas Video and resync and fix then and re upload and make it end.
