Activating an inactive torrent

once something is 4 years old and inactive, like that one, you'd need to request a reseed from someone who, hopefully, still has it.

Apparently I downloaded it but i must've lost it when a drive I had failed

That or it's buried deep in a stack of DVDs but that's right around the time I learned not to buy cheap drives
