Yet Another Failed Upload

This is my second attempt at uploading "Tool-1998-03-28 Phoenix, AZ (NTSC)". The same problem occurred: Downloading stuck at 99.9%.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

you had the info txt file open when you created the torrent & u/led it to the tracker...

re-u/l, but this time when you create the .torrent file, be sure all files are closed
