Program to play VOB files?

I have no DVD drive to read VOB files, But i know there is a program to read the VOB files, U2 helped me to find it awhile back, but my hardive crashed since then and i lost the program and everything else aswell.

Hoping to get the name of that program, and an idea where to get it from, so I can indulge in some Island Tour Video.

I think Media Player Classic will play them, or VLC.
