What burning program (wave to CD) is best for windows 8

On my previous computer I used nero to burn wave files to CD. What is a good burning program for windows 8. Hate to buy Nero again there new products are expensive and do more then I need. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi that's for the reply. Just checked out the ingburn site and I'm a little confused as to which program is best to burn audio wave files from torrents to cd. A little more help would be appreciated. THANKS!
