Slow uploading - Help

It does not appear that others can upload from my files thus preventing me from establishing solid ratio. Any suggestions?

Check to see if you are firewalled.

Your ratio is not terrible. Since you have .71, you must be connecting to some people, unless you are having recent problems.

The key to getting a good ratio is to get on torrent early and leave them running a long time.
