Ok so I see that at the top of the page under my name it says im firewalled and Im guessing this might be the reason my seeding has all but stopped. I clicked on the link and read through a bunch of stuff and tried some things but I still cant figure it out.
Is there anyone out there that can help me out here.
I have a vizio router and i am able to get into it online and I even opened the port that i have in Utorrent but that didnt help.

What does http://www.canyouseeme.org/ say? Windows? If you have a XWR100 you could try this: http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Vizio/XWR100/Utorrent.htm

I did the Can you see me thing and it keeps saying it timed out. and i did the port forward thing exactly like it says and it didnt change anything.
Also Im wondering if its because i need a static IP, I tried the Portforwarding Setup static ip address program and It keeps telling me ( could not parse your IP address or gateway) I have no idea what that means

Also I just noticed that on Portforwards website it list my Ip address as
Your external IP is: 98.163.94.210
and in my router it says my router Ip is 192.168.1.1
Is this an issue?

When you receive data it's going to your external IP address (98.163.94.210). From here you need to port forward to your internal IP address (192.168.1.1), your PC.

Take a look here: How to Port Forward (http://www.wikihow.com/Port-Forward)

Also make sure Windows Firewall isn't blocking incoming networkconnections (check with Windows Firewall Controle panel or uTorrent preferences, connections)

I was able to succesfully Portforward after i created a static ip. But still nothing has changed, Im still firewalled and my upload rate is extremely slow? I have my windows firewall on but i have always had that on with no problems. Any other suggestions?

You need to make sure the windows firewall is configiured to allow traffic for torrents on the proper port (matching your client).

uTorrent and some others can do that for you - check the config options.

also, as a quick check, turn off your windows firewall, reboot and see if the problem goes away. If so, you knwo you just need to poke a hole in that.

Ok well something worked, All i did was run Utorrents setup guide and im no longer firewalled and one of the torrents started uploading at a decent rate. Now i hope I dont get kicked before i can get my ratio back up.

we don't ban for ratio. Don't care. Read the FAQ, please...

when you ran the uTorrent setup, it likely poked the hole in your windows firewall for you. It's good about that.

I read through some of the Faq area, and I do see info on seeding but only if your the one that uploaded it, Can you copy and paste the actuall rules for seeding and ratios or tell me exactly where they are in the Faq's? Thanks
